Delivery

  • Delivery slots are subject to availability and based on a first-come-first serve basis.
  • New Quantum Pte, Bespresso Pte Ltd and their affiliates (collectively hereafter referred to as “Delipresso”) shall endeavour to deliver our Products within your selected time frame and to the delivery address specified by you, but cannot guarantee that the delivery time frame is met as there may be factors outside of our control resulting in early or delayed deliveries. We shall not be liable for any deliveries made outside the delivery time frame.
  • We will only deliver to mainland Singapore. However, we reserve the rights to restrict deliveries to certain areas.
  • Please immediately notify us any change in your delivery address or contact number.
  • We shall deliver to the nominated address and at the time frame specified by you at the time the order is made. If no one is at home at the nominated address and specified time frame when the delivery is made, we reserve the rights to charge an additional re-delivery fee of $10. We shall not be held liable for the deterioration in quality of products when such a re-delivery is made.
  • At the time of delivery, all the product(s) and quantity in the order is/are deemed to be present and accepted by you when you signed off on our copy of sales invoice.
  • It is your responsibility to store properly or use the products without delay after delivery is made to ensure the freshness of the products. We shall not be held liable for the deterioration in quality of products once delivery has been made.

Returns

  • Please check your order upon delivery. If there is any damaged or incorrect product(s), please contact us within 7 days of your delivery date at sales@delipresso.com or call us at 65150183. New Quantum Pte, Bespresso Pte Ltd and their affiliates (collectively hereafter referred to as “Delipresso”), at its sole discretion, will offer a replacement or refund of the damaged or incorrect product(s), or arrange for the re-delivery, collection and/or return of the incorrect product(s).
  • Gift cards, sale, clearance and second items are not eligible for a refund or exchange unless it is damaged.
  • Shipping costs wont be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
  • All returned products should not be used or expired and should be in the original box and/or packaging. New Quantum Pte, Bespresso Pte Ltd and their affiliates (collectively hereafter referred to as “Delipresso”) reserves the right, but has no obligation to, inspect the returned product(s) and to determine whether the product was rightfully returned in accordance with this paragraph. Where we exercise our right to inspect the product(s), New Quantum Pte, Bespresso Pte Ltd and their affiliates (collectively hereafter referred to as “Delipresso”)’s decision in respect of such returned product(s) shall be deemed final and binding on you.
